Welcome to the Yoga Shala Canggu in Bali at Serenity Eco Guesthouse. We provide beginner and all level (beginner - intermediate) yoga classes everyday
Built in 2010, a 58meter² (30pax max capacity). With a 270° view of the beautiful ricefield, beach and mountain view as the background. Yoga here is not a business. It's a social activity for everyone from 5 - 80 years old, foreigner and local welcomed. Yoga here is tranquil and peaceful. The Yoga Hall is equipped with fans, power plugs, Home Theatre, and low-energy light bulbs. Yoga Mats and blocks available.
We can receive groups of 30 people for any healthy body and mind activities such as Yoga, Massage, Dancing, Singing and even Wedding Ceremony. You can sleep here and enjoy the serenity offered on-site. Relax while we prepare healthy hearty meals for you, all at an affordable price.

VINYASA KRAMA: The art form of doing yoga variations
CORE STRENGTH VINYASA: Deep, vigorous and energizing Vinyasa, for core strength, flexibility, alignment and awareness
SURF FIT FLOW : Yoga to get you in surfing shape! Surf-related yoga sequences and techniques, targeting core strength, endurance, balance, joint health, flexibility, coordination and breath (relaxed and dynamic session)
ASHTANGA: Guided class following the sequence of asanas strictly in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, linking the postures together in a Vinyasa. A traditional and dynamic practice with a deep relaxation in the end of the class
ASHTANGA FOR SURFING: Asthanga sequence designed for surfers, focus on strength, balance, flexibility and breath
ACROYOGA: A modern form of yoga, which combines yoga, performance and acrobatics. It builds strength, flexibility but most importantly trust and teamwork.
MYSORE: Learn and practice the Ashtanga sequence by heart, following your rhythm and breath. You are assisted by the teacher who is supporting you during the practice
YIN-YASA: Slow-paced, smooth, deep and delicious Yin inspired Vinyasa combined with Pranayama
YIN-YASA FOR SURFERS: Slow-paced Yin inspired Vinyasa sequence designed to deeply stretch and strengthen the muscles used most whilst surfing
HATHA (FLOW): Slow-paced Hatha flow, aimed at lengthening, loosening and relaxing the body and mind
CHAKRA FLOW: A chakra based Vinyasa practice with a changing theme each week (i.e. grounding, opening up, core strength, heart opening) The class ends with Pranayama and Meditation
NATUROPATHIC YOGA: Combining Naturopathy & Yoga, sequences are designed around healing various systems and symptoms of the body
YIN: Slow-paced practice in which poses are held for 5+ minutes. Targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints
RESTORATIVE: Complete relaxation, centering of the breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing mental stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time
DETOX-RETOX FLOW: Feeling sluggish? Twist it out! Release toxins and leave the class cleansed, glowing and rejuvenated
FLY HIGH YOGA : Lengthen the spine and increase your flexibility with the aid of gravity and the FlyHighYoga™ Hanging Belt. Maximum 6 people.
