Welcome to the Yoga Shala Canggu in Bali at Serenity Eco Guesthouse. We provide beginner and all level (beginner - intermediate) yoga classes everyday
Built in 2010, a 58meter² (30pax max capacity). With a 270° view of the beautiful ricefield, beach and mountain view as the background. Yoga here is not a business. It's a social activity for everyone from 5 - 80 years old, foreigner and local welcomed. Yoga here is tranquil and peaceful. The Yoga Hall is equipped with fans, power plugs, Home Theatre, and low-energy light bulbs. Yoga Mats and blocks available.
We can receive groups of 30 people for any healthy body and mind activities such as Yoga, Massage, Dancing, Singing and even Wedding Ceremony. You can sleep here and enjoy the serenity offered on-site. Relax while we prepare healthy hearty meals for you, all at an affordable price.

YIN-YASA: Slow-paced, smooth, deep and delicious Yin inspired Vinyasa combined with Pranayama
YIN-YASA FOR SURFERS: Slow Yin style Vinyasa sequence designed to deeply stretch and strenghen the muscles used most whilst surfing
RESTORATIVE: Complete relaxation, centering of the breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time
YIN: Slow-paced practice in which poses are held for 5+ minutes. Targeting the connective tissues, ligaments, bones and joints
NATUROPATHIC: Combining Naturopathy & Yoga, sequences are designed around healing various systems and symptoms of the body
